The stunning scenery of The Bristol Trail Network provides a dramatic backdrop for enjoying music. Local singers use the trail for their weekly choral practice, and we welcome others who want to perform and make music on the trail. If you have an artistic vision for an Art on the Trail project, contact Trail Coordinator Porter Knight. We are open to ideas and love projects that engage the community and encourage artistic expression to flourish on the trail!
2023 Music Series
In 2023, local residents David Gusakov, Anne Wallace, and Katherine Fanelli coordinated a Music on the Trail series. Thanks to a generous grant from Vermont Community Foundation, we featured five local musicians from June through October in 2023 performing on different sections of the Bristol Trail Network. This well-attended family-friendly series provided an opportunity for music enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite performers in a new and beautiful setting, and introduced trail users to new and beautiful music! Locals enjoyed the shows, and many folks from all over the state traveled to Vermont and discovered our little trail network.
